For the few months of lockdown, we hosted a special event called Lockdown Love where we gave away 25x $250 gift cards for brides to use towards their wedding dress purchase with us and a chance to win their dress when we hit our goal of 25 gift cards! The lockdown has really helped us become more creative and to think outside the box. As we reach the end of lockdown, our Lockdown Love event has come to an end. We wanted to thank everyone who said yes with us virtually and trusted us to help them bring their wedding dress vision to life!
We were SO close to reaching our goal of giving away 25x $250 gift cards, but we were only a few away from the grand prize. That being said, we are so happy that many brides got the chance to receive a $250 gift card to use towards their wedding dress purchase.
It’s something we never expected to happen, and we’re so glad many of you still got to have the wedding dress experience despite the pandemic. The Ferré Squad created such a wonderful bridal experience, by the end of lockdown we mastered the virtual wedding dress shopping process. From showing brides their favourite dresses to guiding them with our take-home program where they tried on dresses in the comfort of their own home, it was an experience that exceeded brides’ expectations. We’ve come such a long way and we’re so grateful and overjoyed that we got to help brides have their special wedding dress moment and to be able to share it with their loved ones.
We have gotten so many heartfelt reviews from brides who’ve said yes with us virtually. We really went above and beyond to make sure each one of you had the best wedding dress experience that was fun, easy, and beautiful. That meant double checking everything, spending more time with brides over Zoom to get to know them better, and creating a seamless and contact-free pick up.
The way we connected with brides through virtual bridal appointments really helped us be more creative and innovative in how we approach our appointments in the future. We’ve learned and evolved so much from virtual bridal appointments, it has inspired us to enhance our in-store experience to the next level. Zoom calls were such a success, we’ve added it to our in-store experience as the first step after you book a bridal appointment. We now have pre-appointment zoom calls with our brides a few days before their bridal appointment so they have the chance to connect with their bridal stylist and get to know each other! Lockdown was something we never imagined, but something great came out of it and we’re so grateful to have the opportunity to learn and grow.
