What an amazing design journey it has been for Love by Lynzie, to take our window display from concept to execution in a matter of a few weeks. It all started when wedding event and design planner Love by Lynzie put out a friendly competition amongst her interns. They worked with Lynzie's customers to come up with and create an eye catching window display that really spoke to the personality and needs of the client.

We were lucky to have Nicole Connor work with us and she came in with a few inspiration boards (below). The task was to create something eye catching and different from anything we've done before and narrowed it down do a few colour schemes as well as integrating a flow from the wall to the window.

Most wedding stores rely on the traditional white as decor, however, we went for colour! Colour is the forte of Love by Lynzie and keeping the nature of a wedding store in mind, Nicole put together a muted yet colourful scheme of purple, blue and copper that were weaved together through geometric structures.

With the help of her assistant, Nicole came into the morning and executed the vision within 4 hours! To finish, she added long pieces of wood from a previous wedding display and brought in a few more geometric shapes to tie everything together.

With over 300 likes on Instagram, Nicole won the challenge! Congratulations, we and everyone else are loving the window display and could not be happier!
