"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
We always love working with Christian from One Heart Films, and this production was no exception. Shot beautifully by Evolylla Photography. Actually, this turned out to be one of our favourite shoots to work on, for the fact that it was completely modern, simple and clean -- just our style, which is why it became the face of our website. Styling this shoot and watching everything come together on that day and now after, we still get tingles of excitement.
Bo and Hubert, our "Bride" and "Groom", made us swoon so much throughout the whole shoot... Made us all want to fall in love and snuggle away into marriage bliss. Particularly, the first look scene when Hubert see's Bo for the first time... Our heart. Melted.
We of course wanted to keep the look simple, but with the bare walls and floors, it was a no brainer to put Bo into a ball gown, but we could not just pick one. We're really excited about our new separates collection, and with so many brides wanting versatility with their look, we decided to feature one short wedding dress and four skirts. Below you till see our short lace wedding dress paired with the following skirts and giving it multiple personalities:
- Crepe Skirt - the easy going and laid-back, not the typical fabric used but very mod
- Satin Skirt - classic and sophisticated, doesn't get more timeless than this
- Tulle Skirt - youthful and feminine look, the softness of this is super sweet
- No skirt - when it's time to dance the night away!
