Wedding Inspiration: A Little Rock & Roll!

Take a trip down memory lane for a little 70s inspired Rock and Roll wedding shoot we did in collaboration with Love by Lynzie Wedding + Events and Elizabeth in Love photography. As always, Lynzie’s sharp visuals hit the bull’s eye with the perfect design - "We paired textures like leather, studs and tie dye with rustic wood, golds, and lush greens to marry the harshness of classic 1970's rock and roll, with the softness and spirituality of the hippie lifestyle."

Love by Lynzie also noted that some of her favourite details of this shoot was the Rock N' Roll poster wedding invitation set illustrated by Beet & Path Designs, complete with a custom guitar pick, studded leather placemats and a tie dyed runner that her team handcrafted. 

The wedding dress is from Pronovias. We selected this dress because of the beautiful layering of the soft romantic tulle over a little more of an edgy sweetheart line. The gathering on the shoulders with the feather detail added a beautiful vintage touch, perfect for this shoot. 

A sweets table was created from vintage and modern guitar, bass and keyboard amps and leave it to Lynzie for ingenius ideas, if you look closely she used old Jack Daniel bottles for candle holders!

It was a melding of creative spirits that brought this colourful shoot to life - rock on!
